# Arcadian Adventures with the Idle Rich, Version 2

An audiobook by Stephen Leacock, read by LibriVox volunteers (7 h, English).

A collection of humorous fiction by renowned Canadian writer, Stephen Leacock. Unlike the lighter Sunshine Sketches of a Little Town that preceded it, Arcadian Adventures with the Idle Rich was a darker collection satirizing city life. Mr. Leacock had a gift for spotting the foibles of humanity and accentuating them to the point of ridiculousness. - Summary by Winnifred Assmann
