Model van een tijdsein op houten voet. Vier ronde metalen bladen kruislings boven op een houten paal gemonteerd kunnen d.m.v. een hendel aan de voet in verticale of horizontale stand worden gezet. De hendel kan geborgd worden als de bladen in verticale positie staan.
