Detail of the dome fresco of St. Charles Church (Karlskirche), Vienna, Austria. The baroque church is dedicated to Charles Borromeo and is one of the city's biggest buildings. The fresco is a work of Johann Michael Rottmayr and Gaetano Fanti, which displays an intercession of Charles Borromeo, supported by the Virgin Mary.
