River clubtail or yellow-legged dragonfly (Gomphus flavipes). Rare find in the Biosphere Reserve River Landscape Elbe-Brandenburg near Rühstädt in a small meadow. G. flavipes has become relatively rare in most Western European countries due to water pollution and river regulation.
