A view towards Schilthorn from the direction of its west ridge in the canton of Bern, Switzerland. The mountains in the background belong to the Bernese Alps. These are from left to right, the Eiger, the Mönch (between Eiger and Mönch : the Eiger Glacier, "der Eigergletscher") and the Jungfrau and the col between the two last, the scarcely visible Jungfraujoch.
