The Balephi River (Balephi Khola) is a fast-flowing Himalayan river in the Sindhupalchok District of Nepal. Rising from the southern slopes of Dorje Lakpa, it runs for about 17 to 20 kilometers before joining the Bhotekoshi and Sunkoshi river systems. It is a popular destination for whitewater rafting and angling.
