Small wooden rowing boat chained to a mooring post on the shores of Phayao Lake (Kwan Phayao, Thai: กว๊านพะเยา) close to Wat Si Khom Kham, around 1km northwest of Phayao town centre. The outlines of the mountains of Doi Luang National Park are visible in the far distance.
