Ceiling of the Basilica of Saint Mary Major, Rome, Italy. The church, completed in 1743, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a Major papal basilica as well as one of the Seven Pilgrim Churches of Rome and the largest Catholic Marian church in Rome.
